Spa and Pool Service Pricing  

 

Spas:  

 

Regular season spa service will be $280 per month(April—>September).  This service will include a Saturday cleaning and a mid week chemical checks. Cleanings will include vacuuming of debris, balancing and sanitizing, cleaning of filters, rinsing off exterior, and policing up the immediate area. The chemical check will be on Tuesday or Wednesday and will include balancing and sanitizing, and rinsing of the filters.

This Price includes:

       * All chemicals during those same months. Chemicals include Bromine or Chlorine, ph + and -, Calcium hardness, alkalinity Increaser, etc.

       * Drain and fills on Saturdays as needed.

       * Drain and fill for owner arrival.

       * Opening and Closing for same months.

Off season months case by case.

"Emergency" Drain/fills $115

Repair/Service call $95, plus parts.

 

Off season a single week for spas, to clean and balance before renters arrive is $70. To dump, refill, balance and sanitize will be  $150. A mid week chemical check is $15.

 

Drain/clean/winterize and then refill in spring $175.

 

Private pools:  

$425 per month for pool service & $655 per month for  pool and spa  (AprilàSeptember). This price includes all chemicals, opening and closing.
